Sort a List

Click on a column heading to sort the list by the entries in that column. Click on the heading again to reverse the sort order.

 

At any time, the column by which the data is sorted is indicated by a small arrow to the right of the column heading. An up arrow means it is sorted A-Z (alphanumeric), oldest to newest (date), smallest to largest (numeric). A down arrow indicates the reverse order.

 

Filter a List

You can filter what you see in a list by:

  1. Typing a value in the box below the column header and pressing return or clicking/tabbing away from the box.  You will then see rows that fully or partially match what you have entered.
     

For example, entering “liz” in the First Name field of the Results screen would show you the results for “Liz”, “Elizabeth”, “lizzie”, “Yeliz” etc. 


  1. Selecting a date range from the top of the screen eg the Date from and to  dropdowns in the Results screen.

Export Information


Note the Print as PDF and Export to Excel buttons at the top of many of the screens. 


Click on the former to output the information selected on the screen as a PDF document that appears in a separate window. This can be opened, saved (downloaded) or printed


Click on Export to Excel to export the information selected on the screen to an Excel spreadsheet. If you have filtered or sorted down to a single record, this is all you will see in the exported document; whatever you are looking at in the schedule list is what will appear in what is exported.
