Menu System

All of your activity in XAMS will start by selecting one of the options in the menu bar at the top of the screen. The menu bar remains visible wherever you go in the system. 

 

The available menu options vary depending on your particular XAMS configuration and the privileges assigned to your particular user role.  As an example, they may include but not be limited to:

  • Home
  • Schedule
  • Administration
    • Users
    • Cohort
    • Practice Exams
  • Reports
    • Results


Screens with lists of data

Screens showing lists of data default to display of a maximum of 20 rows of data per page.   When there are more than 20 rows e.g. the Schedules screen, the data displays across multiple screen pages. 

 

At the bottom of the screen you will see how many rows and pages there are (note that you may have to scroll down to see this). 


 

Navigating between pages

At the bottom centre-left of the screen you will see which page you are looking at, and be able to navigate to the particular page you want to look at. 

 

Click on the   and  symbols to move back and forth a page.

 

Click on the and  symbols to go to the first/last pages in the list.

 

Enter a particular page number to go directly to that page.


Note: you can choose to display more than 20 rows per page by clicking the arrow in the dropdown box.


You can also Sort, Filter and Export data from most screens.
