The Schedules screen lists all scheduled examinations within the specified date range. It gives important details of:
Start date
Centre
Assessment
End date
Status - how many completed
Type of delivery (on-line, off-line, paper, proctored)
Depending on your organisation's set-up, scheduling can be performed:
- Through third party software such as Quartz or Parnassus.
- Directly in XAMS
Schedule using third party software
If your organisation uses third party software for scheduling, you will need to refer to them for instructions on how to do this. If scheduled in this way, the Schedules screen will allow you to:
View the details of the schedule by clicking on the icon to the left of the row or on the View menu button
Print Login Sheets, Attendance Lists, Exam Papers
Schedule directly in XAMS
If your organisation creates exam schedules directly in XAMS, you as a centre may or may not have access rights to do so also. If your centre does not have access rights to schedule in XAMS, you will simply be able to view and print the schedule details as explained above.
If your centre has access rights to schedule directly in XAMS, the Schedules screen allows you to:
Print Login Sheets, Attendance Lists, Exam Papers
