Note: Not all centres will have access rights to create or edit exam schedules. This is determined by your organisation's settings. These instructions are only applicable to those that do.
A schedule becomes active when the set Start date/time is reached.
Prior to a schedule becoming active it can be edited or deleted. To edit a schedule click the pencil icon to the left of the schedule row. You will be taken to the Edit Schedule popup, from where you can change the schedule details and learners in exactly the same way as when creating a schedule
Withdrawing Learners
A learner can be removed from a schedule by highlighting their row and selecting the Remove learner button.
However, we recommend that for the benefit of your own tracking and procedures that you instead select a value in the Removal Reason dropdown against that learner. If a query subsequently arises as to why the learner was not able to sit the exam, the reason for their removal is recorded.
When you have made any changes, click on Save to update the schedule and return to the Schedule screen.
Cancel a schedule
To cancel a schedule, click on/highlight the schedule row. The Cancel Schedule menu button now becomes available for selection. When the Cancel Schedule button is clicked, a pop up appears asking for confirmation that this schedule is to be cancelled. Select Confirm.
