Printing Schedule Information (Centre)

Modified on Fri, 5 Jan at 5:11 PM

Login Sheets, Attendance Lists, and Exam Papers can be printed from the Schedules Screen.  This can be done in two ways:

  1. Using the Print menu button
  2. Using the printer icon on the schedule row

Using the Print menu button

Select/highlight the relevant schedule from those listed.  Once a schedule is selected, the Print menu button becomes active and selectable.  Clicking the Print menu button presents the Print Papers popup.  The dropdown list in this popup shows all the items available to print for this schedule e.g.

  • Attendance List - a single sheet showing the schedule details, password (if on-line or off-line delivery) and the login details for each learner.
  • Login Sheet - one sheet per scheduled learner showing the schedule details, password (if on-line or off-line delivery) and the learner's login details.
  • Exam Paper - only available when the Delivery type is Paper.  There will be one paper per scheduled learner, each showing learner details and system generated barcode identifiers relevant to that learner.

Using the printer icon on the schedule row

Click the icon to the left of the schedule to be printed. Once clicked, the Print Papers popup is shown.
